Usually for dinner I only eat a piece of chicken grilled with a mix of vegetables and rice. Everyday I will blend a mix of different fruits and drink it. ![]() I'm lucky to get 1 hour of exercise in during the day which is why I've settled with a very low calorie diet. ![]() I also don't have the time to burn all of what I'm supposed to eat. ![]() My fear is that I'm afraid to eat a lot even though everyone says you should. I know it's a unhealthy way of losing weight but I'm trying to work around it. At first I would eat maybe around or less to 500 calories a day and burn 200 more than that. Though my problem may lie with the fact starting this new lifestyle that after cutting out everything, I was eating very few calories but burning a bit more than my intake. I try not to eat anything over 500 calories. I'm not sure exactly how to do a diet with my budget but I'm looking for more ways to fix it and any suggestions are appreciated. So I was wondering how much DDP Yoga should I do everyday that to really get quick results within the months to come? Just yesterday throughout the day I did Red Hot Core, Fat Burner, and Diamond Cutter which helps burns a good amount of calories for the day.Īs for my diet. ![]() I was hoping doing more DDP Yoga can be my one and only source of workout. For me I really don't have the luxury of setting out to the gym. I've seen some people who use DDP Yoga as well as go to the gym. Having been 3 weeks in, I'm already looking to go past intermediate and decided to start Diamond Cutter and Diamond Back.
